Registrations for our centre will be directly through us. If you have previously registered with the City of Port Phillip waitlist, with your permission your data will be transferred to us. We do recommend that you also contact the centre directly to ensure no gaps in communication occur.

How to enrol/enrolment process
We love meeting new families and showing them how special the Ada Mary A’Beckett environment is. You are welcome to contact us via phone during office hours, to organise a tour of the centre.
Waitlist times vary by age group. When a place becomes available, we will contact you offering a position. On acceptance of the place, families are required to pay a deposit of the first weeks’ booking fee which will then be credited to the account upon commencement.
Prior to commencement, we invite your child to attend up to two ‘settling-in’ sessions. During these sessions, we spend time with you and your child, getting to know them and understanding their individual routine, preferences and how we can make their transition to childcare as smooth as possible.
Fees are due a week in advance by bank deposit, credit card or EFTPOS, we do not accept cash or cheques. Full fees are due for all absences, including sick leave, family holiday and public holidays.
Three weeks’ notice is required in writing to vary or terminate booking. Attendance is required during the three week notice period as a requirement of DEEWR. Failure to attend booked days during the notice period will result in CCS payments being removed and the full fee being applied for this period.
